To register and maintain an Account on omg67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your Account. omg67 will never request your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify omg67 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
omg67 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons, in accordance with its risk management and compliance policies.
Your use of the omg67 platform must at all times comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree to use the Services exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial recreational purposes. The following conduct is expressly permitted within the scope of normal platform use:
6.1 Deposits. omg67 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC, ETH, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt and processing. omg67 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five (5) minutes for eligible accounts. Higher-tier withdrawal limits are subject to VIP tier status and KYC verification completion. omg67 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for withdrawal, your Account must: (a) have completed the applicable KYC verification process; (b) have a positive real-money Balance after deduction of any pending bonus wagering requirements; and (c) not be subject to any account review, suspension, or fraud investigation at the time of the request.
6.4 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a player elects to operate a cryptocurrency-denominated account, in which case the applicable cryptocurrency balance is maintained and converted at prevailing rates at the time of transaction.
All funds deposited to omg67 are held in player accounts segregated from the company's operational funds. In no event shall player funds be used to meet the operating expenses of omg67 or any affiliated entity.

All game outcomes on the omg67 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have undergone independent third-party testing and certification for fairness and statistical integrity. omg67 does not manipulate, alter, or interfere with any game outcome.
Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time rule changes. omg67 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.
omg67 covers a comprehensive range of sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and major international sports. Market availability, odds, and betting limits are subject to change without notice based on event circumstances, risk management requirements, and regulatory considerations.
Any bet placed after a game or event has concluded, or where the outcome is already known, will be voided regardless of the market status displayed on the platform at the time of placement, where such an error was technically caused by a data feed latency issue. Decisions on voided bets are final and are not subject to dispute.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the omg67 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
omg67 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time. Circumstances that may trigger Account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraudulent activity; suspicion of money laundering or unlawful conduct; failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified period; or any activity that omg67 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. omg67 will conduct its investigation with reasonable diligence and will communicate outcomes to the Member via the registered email address on file.
Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Account Balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.
Where an Account is terminated by omg67 for cause — including confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — omg67 reserves the right to withhold all balances, including real-money deposits, as compensation for damages or losses incurred by the platform or other affected Members.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omg67 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
